Fall Pee Wee Basketball League
Our Fall Pee Wee Basketball League is designed for children ages 3 years old through 3rd grade. There are six separate divisions within the Pee Wee League: 3/4 Year Old Coed, Kindy Coed ,1st Grade Coed, 2nd Grade Boys, 2nd Grade Girls and 3rd Grade Boys. The league runs from the beginning of October through the beginning of December, with a break for Thanksgiving. All league events will take place at the Beaverton Hoop YMCA. Registration Information
There are three ways to register your child(ren).
1. Register Online using Visa, Mastercard or American Express. (registration closed)
2. Paper Registration: (All registrations received after 9/27 will be placed on the waiting list) Send your registration form to: Westside Youth Sports: 9685 SW Harvest Ct. Beaverton, Oregon 97005. Payment must be included to be registered. Fliers will be distributed to all Beaverton, Tigard and Portland Schools during the 2nd week of school.
3. Fax your registration form with credit card information to Westside Youth Sports at 503.644.0936 (attn: Scott Pierce).

Fees
Early Bird online registration fee: $95.00 
Early Bird paper registration fee: $100.00
Early Bird registration ends at midnight on Friday, September 23rd. Starting September 24th, all fees will be $105.00.

Financial Assistance
Thanks to the YMCA Community Support Campaign, there are funds available for financial assistance. For more information, view Financial Assistance. When submitting the completed application, you must attach verification of your household income. We are never able to award a 100% scholarship. We will mail you a reply within 10 days. We need the child's paper registration form and payment before we will place your child on a team; financial assistance recipients are not able to register on-line.  

Interested in Coaching?
We require all volunteer head coaches to Register Online (there isn't a fee associated with registering to coach). It is also a YMCA policy that all coaches and asistant coaches receive a criminal background check. Additionally, each coach will need to fill out the appropriate paperwork at the:

Mandatory Coaches Meeting: Monday, October 3rd from 6 - 8 p.m. at The Beaverton Hoop YMCA: 9685 SW Harvest Ct., Beaverton 97005. 

Calendar
8/1/11: Online Registration Opens

9/23/11: Early Bird Registration ends. Fees go up to $105.00. Online registration will remain open.

9/27/11: Registration closes at midnight - all registrations taken after this date will be placed on the waitlist.

10/3/11: Mandatory coaches meeting - 6:00 p.m. at the Beaverton Hoop YMCA: 9685 SW Harvest Ct. Beaverton, OR 97005 (503.644.2191)  

10/4/11: Coaches will begin contacting players. Parents should be contacted this week by their team's coach. 

10/8/11: First one-hour practice

10/15/11: Second one-hour practice

10/22/11: Games begin. Each team will play a total of 6 games.

11/26/11: No Games. Happy Thanksgiving.

12/10/11: Last possible game of the season. Only used if teams need to make-up a game.

Refund Policy
All refund requests (less a $20 processing fee) must be made in writing prior to the first game on October 22nd. After this date there will no refunds given. Please direct refund requests to Aaron Bronikowski (Westside Youth Sports: 9685 SW Harvest Ct. Beaverton, OR 97005 or fax to 503.644.0936).

Waiting List
Waiting list dates: 9/27/11 – 10/13/11. To place your child on the waiting list, mail or fax the registration form without payment to the YMCA. We are very good at placing the kids from the waiting list onto teams. If your child is placed on a team we will contact you to collect payment information.
